Keith Haring and Tommy Hilfiger

"Keith Haring, both artist and activist, has a habit of using his art to serve important social causes, supporting research and caretaking organizations that fight against AIDS. It is with this goal that Tommy Hilfiger Corporate has associated with the Keith Haring Foundation and Artestar LLC. The result is a small collection named Footwear in limited edition, composed of sneakers and rain boots for men, women and kids."- Collette Web Site.

I can't wait to get my hands on some super cute Keith Haring rain boots! Here are some photo's of the  collection. Enjoy!

A quote from Keith:

"My contribution to the world is my ability to draw. I will draw as much as I can for as many people as I can for as long as I can. Drawing is still basically the same as it has been since prehistoric times. It brings together man and the world. It lives through magic."

"A" is For

 "A" is for Agyness Deyn.

Agyness is not only "one of the top 30 models of the 2000s" according to Vogue Paris but has had a career in both singing and acting. Deyn is known for being something of a chameleon as she is constantly changing her looks and hair color. No matter how short or wild her hair may be, she rocks it with confidence which makes her that much more appealing as a model. Her unique grunge-chic style and flawless features make her a notable figure in the fashion industry.

From INDIE to A-list

Well isn't this exciting

My first official fashion blog posting! Now, first things first, I must discuss this month's issue of Vogue with cover girl Carey Mulligan Hollywood's "dazzling new star".  According to Vogue magazine she has gone from "Indie to A-list" but unlike other famous actresses, her success hasn't gone to her head.. at least not yet. I loved her in "An education" and adored her in this month's issue of vogue so without further a do - here are some highlights! Enjoy!

And finally here are some photos from the film "An Education". Simply to die for!
